THE SCIENCE OF WEIGHT LOSS AND THE SCIENCE OF MARATHON TRAINING HEADLINE AT SAN DIEGO SCIENCE FESTIVAL


San Diego, CA – Want to know the best way to get fit and lose weight?  Planning to run a marathon?  Dr. Jason Karp, exercise physiologist and owner of RunCoachJason.com, will give two cutting-edge presentations at the 2010 San Diego Science Festival—The Science of Exercise and Weight Loss and The Science of Running a Marathon.  The festival, which runs throughout March, will be held at venues all over San Diego.

The Science of Exercise and Weight Loss will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on March 23 at the Carmel Valley Branch of the San Diego Public Library, followed on March 25 with The Science of Running a Marathonfrom 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the La Jolla Branch of the San Diego Public Library.  The events are free to the public.
